Morse Park is a scenic lakeside location in the heart of Lake Lure, surrounded by the dramatic mountains of Hickory Nut Gorge. With beautiful views across the water toward Chimney Rock, easy walking paths and open green spaces, it offers a peaceful and accessible setting without the need for a hike. The park was significantly impacted by Hurricane Helene and has reopened as restoration continues throughout the Lake Lure area.
