Allow us to assist you in choosing the perfect elopement location for your special day! We are here for you throughout the planning process to help you with any questions you may have about the process, the wedding day & the Asheville area!
Officiant Services
We allow you to choose the officiant that resonates with you. Our officiants create custom ceremonies for each couple, allowing you to make it quick and simple, or more elaborate with personalized vows, special readings, hand fasting or anything else you'd like to incorporate! Our officiants are happy to take care of the paperwork after the ceremony, as well!
Photography
Our packages come with professional photography coverage, capturing your first look, ceremony and special couples session.
We include 150+ high-res edited images in every package.
We don't limit the number of photos you receive or have any hidden costs in receiving your final photographs.
Bouquet & Boutonniere
Every package comes with our very lovely bouquets & boutonnieres from our favorite local flower farm & florist. We find that flowers contribute so much to the overall elopement aesthetic, and we love to provide you with the best Asheville has to offer.
Assistant & Coordination
We provide an Elopement Assistant for your day to witness, deliver florals, cake and other items, set up your picnic, coordinate & manage your guests, help fluff your dress, assist with family photos, and much more!

ELOPEMENT PRICING
A Few Important Notes:
We primarily schedule elopements Monday through Thursday, when public locations are quieter and allow for a more intimate experience.
Fridays and Sundays may be available for couples who are comfortable with increased foot traffic, subject to availability.
Our venue partners often offer weekday elopement rates. Please inquire for specific pricing details.
Saturdays are not available.
Most outdoor locations do not provide seating, and chairs are generally not recommended. (Some venues may include seating as part of their package.)
Guest Etiquette
To preserve the intimacy of your ceremony and portrait experience, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using cell phones or cameras during the ceremony and photo session.

LOCATIONS BEYOND THAT MAY REQUIRE A TRAVEL FEE PER VENDOR.
PACKAGE PRICING INCLUDES PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OF FLORALS, CAKE, AND RELATED ITEMS TO YOUR CEREMONY SITE.
PORTRAIT COVERAGE IS APPROXIMATELY 1.5–2 HOURS, DEPENDING ON YOUR COLLECTION.
MOST OUTDOOR LOCATIONS DO NOT PROVIDE SEATING. (SOME VENUES MAY INCLUDE CHAIRS AS PART OF THEIR PACKAGE.)
CAKE PLATES, FORKS, AND FLUTES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE COUPLE.

Dreaming of a secluded setting away from the crowds? Our thoughtfully curated venue partners offer intimate, scenic backdrops for your elopement — whether you’re celebrating just the two of you or inviting a small circle of loved ones.
Each venue provides privacy, natural beauty, and space to fully immerse yourselves in the moment.
Venue rental fees are separate and typically range from $400–$750, depending on the location and specific property.
Please note: Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been approved by the venue.
