Claxton Farm is a beautiful private 500 acre working farm just north of Asheville, surrounded by rolling pastures and Blue Ridge Mountain views. The property offers plenty of open space for an intimate outdoor ceremony, along with a rustic event barn, a small cottage for getting ready, restrooms and indoor rain coverage. It is also less than 20 minutes from Asheville, making it easy to head downtown for dinner after your elopement. And of course, there is Chocolate Chip, the resident llama who has become a favorite with our couples.
