“We had the best elopement experience with Elope Outdoors!! Everyone on our team was so easy to get in touch with. Cassie communicated all the important details to us and answered any questions we had.

Our officiant, Julia, wrote out our ceremony and it was very personable to us, which made it super special. Kara, our assistant, came with the flowers and champagne and helped to make sure that my dress was perfect in all the pictures, and our photographer, Amy was amazing!! Working with this company from day 1 was like chatting with an old friend. Cassie was prompt with communication from start to finish. We came from Florida and she was sending me text, to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our officiant, Julia, was a sweet as could be. We emailed with her about things that we would like to include in our ceremony and she did she deliver! We appreciate that she made it a point to give us a moment to get grounded and took her time with us. Kara, our on-site coordinator, took care of all the small details like gathering all of our belongings, left over cake, etc and loading it all in our car while we were soaking in the moment taking pictures.

And I saved the best for last, the photos and highlight video!!!! I’ve ugly cried tears of joy every single time I’ve looked/watched them. Maddie’s infectious personality and corny dad jokes, paired with Jen + Brian’s super sick skills made for the most magical memories, that we will cherish for the rest of our lives!!

Honestly, I was very anxious for the wedding day not being from the area nor having met everyone in person before.

The day could have not gone better. Our coordinator Kara was kind and easy-going, making sure everything was in line for the day. Our photographer Maddie was so sweet and wonderful at providing directions for a perfect picture.

Our officiant Jay gave us a beautiful ceremony and was such a calming presence.

And our online coordination with Cassie was great as well – she responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. ”

“Everything was so simple and so easy and exactly what we were looking for. They provided honest opinions about the weather and helped us pick the perfect venue for our day! Pictures were AMAZING and the videography AMAZING!

We were absolutely blown away by the quality and the turn around time for everything. Every person that saw our videos bawled their eyes out especially me and my husband. So much love was captured through these pictures and videos it really sealed the whole trip.

Unforgettable Dream Elopement

“My wife and I can’t put into words how incredible this Elope Outdoors experience was. This team was able to capture every amazing moment, and what a blessing it was to work with them.

Our officiant, Michael, did such a great job of calming our nerves and made such a uniquely emotional ceremony. Wiseman’s View overlooking the Linville Gorge is the location we chose, and it was better than we could have ever imagined. The leaves were just beginning to turn, the weather was perfect, mountains as far as the eye could see, and to top it off, a beautiful moonrise at the end of the evening.

Everything, from start to finish, was exactly what we’d envisioned and they worked with us every step of the way to make our dream wedding happen. The ceremony was unforgettable, the pictures are phenomenal, the video is breathtaking, the flowers were perfect, and the cake was delicious.”

Unbelievable Photography & Value

“I cannot say enough good things about Elope Outdoors. After trying to plan a traditional wedding three times during COVID, my husband and I decided we wanted to elope and that Asheville was the place to do it.

We picked Elope Outdoors because their portfolio looks like scenes out of a Hallmark movie–their images are all STUNNING. After starting the process, our Elopement Coordinator, Cassie, handled every detail and worry I had. This could not have been an easier or more worry-free experience. They are all about making sure your elopement is about love and care for one another, as it should be. We actually had a mishap the day of the elopement and I got lost on the Blue Ridge Parkway so I was VERY late to the ceremony.

Julia, our officiant, and Amy, our photographer, still made our elopement ceremony the most magical experience and when I got our gallery online, I at first did not even recognize that the cover photo was my husband and myself. I thought it was a placeholder photo of some of their previous work because the photo was THAT beautiful. Needless to say, we cried and laughed and smiled at the rest of our gallery as well, which was a TON of pictures and a great value for the rates they charge.
