Elope Outdoors: Tailored Elopement Packages for Every Guest Size

Welcome to Elope Outdoors, where we believe that every love story deserves a breathtaking backdrop. Our passion lies in curating unforgettable Asheville elopement experiences that blend the natural beauty of the great outdoors with the intimacy of your special day.

Packages Designed with Precision and Care

To provide you with the most seamless experience, we are thrilled to introduce our new pricing tiers tailored to the size of your guest list.

We highly recommend an intimate couples-only experience without bringing guests for the most intimate, stress-free elopement. This will guarantee a much more laid-back and calm atmosphere where you can focus on your partner only.  We do allow guest add-on’s for up to ten cherished guests, and pricing reflects these additions.

After guiding hundreds of elopements over many years, we have found distinct differences between couples only, up to 4 guests, and 5 and over – as the more guests, the more moving parts there are.

Guest add-on rates for our packages look like this:

-Couple only (no extra charge)
-1-4 guests (+$200)
-5-10 guests (+450)

The Valuable Role of Your Elopement Assistant

Included in every package is our day-of elopement assistant who is there to make your day easier and help with the organizational aspects of your elopement, carrying out the planning that your coordinator Meghan put in place.

Take a look below to discover how our elopement assistant helps make your day relaxed and seamless.

Couple Only

For those seeking the most intimate celebration, choose a “Couple Only” celebration.

Along with the photographer, the elopement assistant will facilitate your first look or hike to your ceremony.  Assists with determining site logistics with team and couple, choosing or confirming the place for first look and ceremony site, picnic site. Each location varies from place to place with the season, weather, lighting, and wind and last minute suggestions and coaching for couple may be necessary to achieve their optimal experience.

  • Carries items like your cake, champagne, cutlery, picnic blanket, etc up to your ceremony site and arranges/designs your picnic for you to enjoy.

  • Relays communications from groom/ partner #1 area with photographer to bride/partner #2 location and cues for entrance. Will also help fluff/ fix dress and with hair prior to the big entrance.

  • Helps to set up the ceremony placement and acts as a witness for legal execution of marriage license

  • Facilitates transition to photo-shoot after the ceremony. Helps with any outfit changes/ foot wear changes, make-up and touch-ups as needed.

  • Assist photography and videography team to execute specific shots such as dress and veil drops and champagne spray shots. Helps the couple navigate the terrain to achieve specific shots and fix outfits according to environmental variables.

  • Picnic-scapes: utilizes local elements such as handmade cutlery and cake to create a bespoke, seasonally inspired picnic for couples to enjoy first bites and first sips together. Assist with the formalities of photographing the cake cutting and champagne pop, giving direction and service as needed such as slicing cake and refilling glassware.

  • Assist photo/ video in capturing detail shots by helping pull out personal elements such as rings, vow books, ring boxes, floral, other jewelry or sentimental trinkets.

  • Assist with departure and final transition of items being returned, keys and vow books and all the tiny things so you can just focus on looking good and having a blast.

1-4 Guests

When your celebration includes a few cherished loved ones, our 1-4 Guests add-on extends our intimate services to accommodate your group. As your gentle guide, we take care of all logistical details, from communication and direction before the adventure to facilitating a seamless ceremony experience, ensuring that everyone feels included and cherished.

In addition to the intimate attention you receive as a couple, your elopement assistant will also:

  • Discuss parameters with guests prior to elopement and ensure adherence to contract obligations to EO, obligations to parkway or venue around logistics and conduct to ensure a smooth experience while respecting the chosen elopement environment.

  • Direction at each interval of the experience from locating the ceremony site to where to stand for the ceremony, facilitating guest participation if they hold a special role such as reader, singer, or other guest of honor so all guests can feel confident in their inclusion and what’s expected of them.

  • Assistance with post- ceremony group photos providing general confidence for guests that their needs will be met.

  • Bridging the gap between the couple, guests, and the team in the areas of communication so that the photography/ videography team can be fully focused on their artistic role.

  • Assistance with accommodating any last minute, accessibility needs/ facilitating previously communicated accessibility needs for guests.

 5-10 Guests

For those envisioning a slightly larger gathering, our 5-10 Guests add-on is designed to provide a seamless and organized experience for both you and your extended party. Acting as the cohesive force within your event, our elopement assistant takes charge of group dynamics, ensuring that each guest feels confident and fully present throughout the ceremony and beyond.

In addition to the detailed attention given to the couple and guests at the first and second level, this level also includes:

  • Added attention to group dynamics, direction, and delegation. Groups of 5-10 may include additional guests of honor, bridal party, or guests with special roles in the ceremony above the other guests special enough to be included in the intimate guest list. These guests will be placed and cued for their participation in the ceremony as well as given the confidence of verbal directions in order to be fully present for their role.

  • This level is more likely to have a more formal ceremony entrance or aisle which will be determined and cued accordingly for the processional.
  • Guest placement for optimal photography pre ceremony in accordance with prime lighting and backdrop as advised by photo/ video team. The more direction at this level the better because guests will enjoy themselves more if given parameters within which to exist. If one knows what is expected of them and what to expect from the duration of the event, they can relax and focus on the moment instead of anxiety over whats next or who needs to be leading.

  • Placement and call outs of photo combinations post-ceremony. This level requires the most coordination of names and groupings of family units. Your elopement assistant will queue up the next photo combinations ahead. This keeps everyone focused and eliminates wandering to ensure adherence to timeline. The elopement assistant works to balance time segments so nothing is cut short or missed. (Time segments include: Pre- ceremony/ first look, ceremony, group photos, picnic, details couple-photos and portraits. )

  • This level requires closer management of the groups and timeline. More people mean more dynamics and more time to complete photos, ceremony placement, saying goodbye. The elopement assistant facilitates transitions and allows guests to have the support they need to stay on schedule, transport items/prepare and depart efficiently.

  • The larger the group typically the more opportunities for accessibility needs. From facilitating bathroom breaks, tissues, directions, restaurant recommendations, personal belonging management and more – our elopement assistant is there to help.

Combined our Elope Outdoors team would probably have a hundred years experience working with people in their most vulnerable and special moments. Marriage brings out a range of emotions and responses from our loved ones. We are prepared to help you and your loved ones navigate difficult family dynamics, or even bring presence to those who may have passed. Feel comfortable sharing any hang ups you may have about your group dynamic, as the Elopement Experience Manager (fancy!) I would be honored to facilitate and troubleshoot any guest placement, memory items, or other difficult needs to create a comfortable environment for you and your guests to participate and be fully present to your special moment.”
