Asheville Elopement Package with Heather + John | Elope to Asheville!

I have always had a passion for the great outdoors. There has always been something about being outside that makes me feel so connected to the world around me. I think that’s why I have been drawn to this field of being a Asheville Fine Art Elopement Photographer.

When I met Heather and John, I was so excited to be a part of such a special day. They asked me to document their elopement, and they had a vision that aligned perfectly with my own style and interests. Heather and John originally wanted to get married in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Max Patch. Unfortunately, last week was so rainy, that we decided to be weather safe. Instead, this beautiful couple decided on eloping at Asheville Botanical Gardens. We were all a bit bummed that we were unable to go to Max Patch, but Heather assured me that it didn’t matter where they got married, as long as they were together. It worked out great, because the weather was perfect, and the scenery was absolutely stunning!

About this Elopement

Heather and John picked their own flowers from Full Sun Farm, and made their own bouquet and boutonniere. The arrangements they picked were absolutely gorgeous. Heather’s bouquet featured radiant blue colors that matched her jewelry. John’s boutonniere was more classic, with whites and reds.

This sweet couple were so in love, and it was beautiful watching them during these special moments. I loved capturing them dance under the pink blooming tree, as it was so breath-taking and romantic. At the end of the ceremony, Heather and John put on their backpacks with “Just Married” attached, and headed out the next day to hike for 80 miles on the Appalachian Trail that they missed last fall due to the fires.

How incredibly romantic and in love these two are. My heart is so full for them <3
