Asheville Elopement Photographer | Sam and Nick

Jump Off Rock was the perfect location for this simple mountain elopement in Asheville. It was September and the sun was shining brightly through the trees as Sam and Nick said their “I Dos.” I remember thinking how lucky I am to do this job and document love. Tangible and palpable for years to come.

About the elopement

Samantha and Nick’s day was perfect for so many reasons. First of all, it was just the two of them (our favorite kind of elopement). Their simple and sweet ceremony focused on just the two of them. Secondly, Sam’s dress from BLHDN was absolutely stunning. We love how it fit the scene so beautifully – elegant but simple. Third, the views! The view was absolutely spectacular overlooking the mountains and rivers. And lastly, witnessing the love between these two, we just knew it was meant to be. My favorite images of them are the ones on the rock where their foreheads are just touching. It was such a sweet moment between them.
