Elope Outdoors: Streamlined Elopement Planning Made Effortless Over Email

In the bustling world of wedding planning, where time is of the essence and stress lurks around every corner, finding a method that promises efficiency, comfort, and reliability is akin to discovering a hidden gem. At Elope Outdoors, nestled in the serene beauty of Asheville, we’ve mastered the art of elopement planning, and our secret ingredient? The humble, heroic email.

Meet Cassie, the one behind the scenes, orchestrating seamless elopements through the digital realm. With her keen eye for detail and a heart brimming with warmth, Cassie effortlessly guides couples through the intricate process of crafting their perfect day, all with the ease and convenience of email.

“We have such a personal experience,” Cassie reflects, “and I feel like I really get to know couples in our conversations.” It’s this personal touch that sets Elope Outdoors apart. Despite the virtual nature of their interactions, Cassie’s genuine connection with each couple shines through, fostering trust and understanding from the very first email exchange.

But it’s not just about forging connections; it’s about efficiency too. Cassie notes, “We can get booking done in such an efficient, comfortable, and extremely informative and consistent way in just a few emails.” Efficiency is key in today’s fast-paced world, and Elope Outdoors understands the value of time. By streamlining the planning process through email, couples can bid farewell to endless phone calls and marathon Zoom meetings, opting instead for a method that keeps them focused and stress-free.

Cassie is quick to highlight the benefits of this approach. “By communicating and planning over email, I can make sure that everyone gets the same information and can always go back and reference our threads,” she explains. This consistency not only ensures clarity but also empowers couples to revisit important details at their leisure, sharing them effortlessly with their partners.

Of course, the beauty of email lies in its versatility. “Phone calls and Zoom are great for some things,” Cassie admits, “but honestly, this keeps us SO focused and saves so much time and stress.” As a self-proclaimed talker, Cassie understands the allure of conversation, but she also recognizes the importance of respecting her couples’ time. With email, she strikes the perfect balance, delivering concise yet comprehensive guidance tailored to each couple’s unique needs and preferences.

After almost seven years of elopement planning, with five of those years dedicated to Elope Outdoors, Cassie has honed her craft to perfection. “I feel like we have such a good, consistent method that honors individual needs and boundaries of time and availability,” she reflects. It’s a testament to her dedication and the unwavering commitment of the Elope Outdoors team to deliver nothing short of excellence. Here’s a review from a recent Bride:

“I can’t imagine planning a wedding any other way! We reached out to Elope Outdoors in early December to plan our wedding on our 10 year anniversary on January 23rd. Cassie was quick to respond and offered suggestions on the best options for a winter wedding including our immediate families. Cassie helped us secure Chestnut Ridge for our ceremony (we were worried about weather mid-Jan) and helped us plan all of the details — including finding our officiant, Rodney, with just a few weeks before our wedding (we realized our friend couldn’t legally marry us). Cassie even provided recommendations for my hair and I absolutely LOVED the way it came out (AnaRie is fantastic).

Everyone on the Elope Outdoors team is extremely professionally, thoughtful and kind. Ginny was our day of coordinator and ensured our day ran smoothly — the whole day felt effortless and easy, which allowed us to live in the moment and actually enjoy all of the little moments of our wedding without being stressed by the details. Our officiant Rodney made himself available to answer all of our questions, and provided so many wonderful suggestions to ensure our ceremony was special in a way that truly represented us. Amy’s photos are amazing, she was so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable. She captured all of the special moments of our day and we cannot wait to share them with our friends and family and display them in our home for years to come.

If you’re even on the fence about eloping or having a micro wedding — reach out to Elope Outdoors. We were so stressed by the thought of planning a wedding, but Elope Outdoors made it so easy — I wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding day!”
